We have the Kershaw Shun Classic Chef knives.... dh seems to think theyre ok.... crickey I'm clueless

They look good

I do love scanpan though, I just rang my sister as I know she has scanpan knives. She said they are great, really sharp and come with a good sharpener. The only thing is that they are prone to rust marks (despite being stainless steel?) but as long as they are washed and dried well it isn't really a problem. She did point out that a friend of ours who is very relaxed when it comes to housework has rust stains all over hers! lol
