    no he doesnt wear one & in his work wouldnt be able to either but has his epipen on him at all times

    Yes, you can get Medi-Alerts as necklaces as well as bracelets.

    Geez, such a waste of time - but understandable in attempt.
    Is there anything else that they can try?

    He could always get the medi-alert bracelet tattooed on to ensure jewelry isn't a danger.
