Have heard about the great hurt of radiation of phone and computer to our skin and body, i am seeking some good ways to prevent or ever relieve this harm.......

Hmmm, well I guess you could prevent it by avoiding using the computer or the phone?

Personally I wouldnt take it too seriously - I'd concentrate on known genuine risks like not smoking,eating healthily, good weight control, sun-smart practices, sensible excersise etc etc - boring, I know, but I think they are far more important than any theoretical risk from phones and computers.

Everything in moderation.
I mean if you are going to have a phone permanently attached to your ear then you must expect some sort of damage (apart from your face to face social life). Same if you sit at the computer 24/7.
Of course there will always be some form of gimmick to "save" you from any harmful rays.

about mobile, you can use headset (not a wireless I think), keeping phone as far as possible
about computer I'm not sure, I've heard only screen can make problem for your health, but LCD screen is safety
