Maybe this is just a step outside the normal role for her to try and break the stereotype. She always plays the same kind of bland characters. Maybe this one will actually have some depth.

I'm not sure that it will work for her though. Robin Williams will always be a bit of a funny man to me. When he has tried to break his stereotype and do a serious kind of character, it's not really come across that well. At least not to me.

I think she's like Meg Ryan plays to type doesn't seem to work when they try to go outside the square though the really good actresses seem to be able manage it.
She's quite good in most of the rolls she plays if you just want a light movie you don't have to think about too much..taking her clothes off meh don't care one way or the other.

I like her, but I do agree she isn't one of the worlds fantastic actresses. She was great in Friends and the movies she is in are those general, no brainer, don't have to think just watch and enjoy movies. I liked Bounty Hunter, that was the latest movie I watched her in. As for her going topless, what she wears in her movies show most of her boobies anyway, so showing a bit of nipple is just the next step. DP will be happy, he likes her for the perv factor.
