    we call coddled eggs when they are boiled, but just so quite runny then scooped out of the shell into a dish. We introduced these to the kids when they were starting on solids.
    And eggs for me, anyway, love eggs.

    I like them as eggs benny (from hungry jacks ) or fried sunny side up and just runny....that being said it's rare for me to eat eggs

    Babs....Coddled eggs are eggs broken into and then cooked in a sealed porcelain type of ramekin.
    They are rather runny (similar to poached eggs).
    I am beautiful inside and out so I should love myself unconditionally.
