    hubby makes the best scrambled eggs, some onion, ham, herbs, butter OMG it is too die for.....

    Mmm, I love eggs done any way, but especially raw on "Natto" - Japanese stinky beans and also in "Chawanmushi" - a Japanese savoury egg custard - melts in your mouth!

    I prefer mine poached, with salmon and hollandaise sauce (a la benedict), in a cafe, without small people trying to eat them off my plate.

    Egg nog is nice I can remember being sick as a child my mum would make it as treat was the only time I had it.

    No rum S.G. I have a recipe for Irish Cream though hubby loves it..mum used to make it with milk, sugar,egg and a drop of vanilla essence beaten up with some cinnamon sprinkled on top.
