    Hey Heather

Did you go and look at the robot vacuum cleaner?

The girls on the Circle were talking about one I think it was the Rhuba brand.
    She said they are brilliant!

    Do you mean Roomba?

Wasn't able to get to Hardly Normal last weekend...intend to swing by on the way to work.

Grab jumper, a scarf or even a dog.
That'll warm you up, you jolly great snob!!

I just can't get my head around how it goes into each room, on the same level of course....will have a list of questions to ask before I buy....and of course I will do Kay's trick of taking some pet hair for the test run.

It's only really good for picking up in between vaccing - I asked about it when we were buying our last vac.

    Re: Hey Heather

I would never aim to replace our vacuum with the robot one because it can't vacuum window sills, tops of skirting boards and the shutters. I also use the Dyson for the rugs because they're black so the robot thinks that it's a drop off and won't vacuum them. Apart from two moderate sized rugs, we only have tile and hardwood floors and it does an excellent job on those. All I have to vacuum now is the places it can't get to or places I don't want it to go.
