    It needs a bit of tweaking Dizzy....it didn't have that characteristic R&R flavour that I was expecting and that was having soaked the raisins in too much rum as it is (although that was accidental). But I sliced a bit more off today, toasted it and put a smidge of butter on it and that made it quite nice. Mine almost has a bread-like consistency although that may be the fault of the cook, rather than the recipe.
