    Slippers

    Ooooh, I do start such exciting threads

    My old little uggies finally given way completely - soles disintegrating from the tops and umpteen holes
    Looked for some new ones but balked at paying $40 for glorified slippers heck, I dont even usually pay $40 for my shoes
    So, off to Cheap as chips and bought these little beauties for $10
    Photo below of me modelling same - can feel your jealousy at my style and class just oozing through the screen,... Im such a fashion icon
    (fashion for Bogans, that is )


    So, what sort of slippers do you have - the thick furry kitsch ones like me or those dainty slide ons - can't see point of them really, back of foot left open to the cold.

    yeah I've got the slide on ones (like ugh slippers). I find closed foot slippers make my feet too hot so these work. But they are strictly for home only. I realised half way to preschool this week that I was wearing slippers so I walked home and changed shoes because ... well, eww. I'm that classy

    I have a pair of fluffy beige with black paw prints slippers won't be putting a pic up though I have a pair of uggies they're still in one piece but I need new new ones.
    TO KNOW SOMEONE HERE OR THERE WITH WHOM YOU FEEL THERE IS AN UNDERSTANDING IN SPITE OF DISTANCES OR THOUGHTS UNEXPRESSED----THAT CAN MAKE OF THIS EARTH A GARDEN.

    I have knitted Alpaca wool slippers. They are lined and very warm.

    Okay this is my everyday slipper footwear


    But on colder mornings i would go for


    Mind you i would rarely go for the second picture.. oh & don't go looking at those veins on my legs
