    love fried haloumi i have never fried it though myself....
    i must look at the fat content next time i am at the supermarket...mmmm or maybe i shouldnt...

    This week I have been adding puffed rice in with my natural yoghurt and tinned pie fruit! Yummmm!! I wish it was breakfast time now!

    My fave breaky's are eggs Benedict with fresh baby spinach and toast with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon.

    Breakfast is too much of an ordeal for me. 2 slices of toast with only butter takes me 1.5 hrs to eat. I eat a bite & when I'm finished I feel like I can't fit anymore in... Wait approximately 10 minuted & try again. I wish I felt like that more of the time.
