Yes I think so too. But the fact he was a smoker to start with tells me there is little to no discipline in that house. Very sad

I havn't read the whole story but i do remember seeing it on TV back when it first was mentioned & i would say someone must have offered them to him for him to have even wanted to smoke, the parents should be flogged for letting him take the first puff

He was 2 at the time but now he wants to start up again if they don't buy him toys!
