Horrible Bosses
has anyone seen it yet? I just booked gold class tickets for Dh and I to go and see it for our anniversary. I'm not normally a fan of really 'silly' movies. Hopefully it is ok!

Oh I would like to see 'The Help' too.
Hopefully Je't, our resident movie critic will be able to help you before you go....have you checked out Rotten Tomatoes.....I read the critiques and get an idea of the movie there.I am beautiful inside and out so I should love myself unconditionally.

Re: Horrible Bosses
I saw Horrible Bosses last week, it was very average, actually, it was terrible but each to there own. I really like Justin Bateman (I mean Jason) but really it was just so far fetched. It is what I would call a B grade movie.
Saw "The Help" last Sunday and I loved it, very similar to the Secret Life of Bees, but very clever and Emma Stone is just the lovliest actress and she plays her part very well (the book is a best seller and I highly recommend you read it). The black women are brilliant. The actress that plays 'Hilly" (she is a excellent bitch) is Bryce Dallas Howard who is actually Ron Howards daughter better known as Ritchie Cunningham from Happy Days (that is just a free piece of trivia for you...).
I have also seen "One Day" with Anne Hathaway and I loved this too but then I also loved the book by David Nichols.
Seeing "The Eye of the Storm" tonight with Geoffrey Rush - the next Aussie movie that I hope does really well.Last edited by Alexa; 15-09-2011 at 09:52 AM.

Let me know what you think Cack.
I won't be seeing the "Change Up" (even if it does have Jason Bateman) not sure why I called him Justin (must be getting confused with his sister)."Assumptions are the tools of fools and the bedfellows of dreamers. If you want to know something just ask..."

Re: Horrible Bosses
I actually really enjoyed it! It was a bit over the top...but i like movies like 'Get Him to the Greek' and 'Superbad'..so I guess I find over the top amusing

I layed up in my gold class chair with my shoes off and a hot chocolate and laughed all the way through!
