Left over BBQ from Declan's birthday. I made way too much, we will be living on it for the rest of the week lol

not sure whats happening here for dinner, too tired to go out i do know that.

Well this cold weather has made me feel like comfort food so I have a beef red wine casserole in the slow cooker, been going all day and smells so yummy. Will do up some mashed potatoes and some crusty bread to go with it

I had some turkey mince which I've never had before so I cooked it up and made a stir fry with it with all different vegies threw in some lemon juice,soy sauce and some plum sauce hubby enjoyed it.
