That by right clicking on the thingy on the right hand side that scrolls the page up & down,it will bring a pop up & you just click top & voila,there you are!!!
Yeah,yeah Iknow that you all know already but I only found out today & I'm proud cos I found it out for myself!!
Works on FB as well

You know the bar thingy that you scroll down on? Right click on that, pop up appears with,scroll, top, bottom ttc, left click & your back at the top.
