    Just heard latest news- Nurse Roger Dean charged with 8 counts of murder.

    I would be very interested in knowing:-

    - what the other nurses have to say about him.
    - did he treat his patients with respect and kindness? Or did he always have a mean streak?
    - did he have references before he came to work there? Were they checked out properly?
    - were there any complaints about him? Or were the elderly too scared or too infirm to complain?
    - did any nurse file any complaints or suspicions against this man?
    - were there any unreported acts of mistreatment?
    - did management know or suspect this man had a screw loose?

    It is such a relief that this man is in police hands - but I am sure this doesn't ease the suffering of the survivors, famlies and others personally involved.

    i believe that when the poilce were at his house the night before they were questioning him about theft from another work place, not sure if that was a NH.
    i guess this was the trigger for what happened......allegedlyy (sp) of course.
