Need to know about - ARSONIST, MURDERER, & piece of s**t !

I am just wondering how this nurse Roger Dean (alleged arsonist & murderer) treated the patients before this happened.

I would be very interested in knowing:-

- what the other nurses have to say about him.
- did he treat his patients with respect and kindness? Or did he always have a mean streak?
- did he have references before he came to work there? Were they checked out properly?
- were there any complaints about him? Or were the elderly too scared or too infirm to complain?
- did any nurse file any complaints or suspicions against this man?
- were there any unreported acts of mistreatment?
- did management know or suspect this man had a screw loose?

If this atrociuous act was indeed caused by this man, can any do-gooder explain to me why he should live and why he should not be executed. Or is execution too barbaric? - Not as barbaric as starting a fire and killing these poor elderly people- and traumatising the survivors, the familes of the elderly, the other staff & even the neighbours that came to help. I'd say nightmares all around for everyone.

Sorry to be so harsh, but my sister passed away in a lovely Nursing Home just over 2 weeks ago and I just can’t help thinking, "what if it happened there?".

I say execute if guilty,
The laws are too soft & as you say Zenza everyone that is left will suffer for a very long time

Lots' of information flying around about this man, the quality of the home and the Domain Group.....who know what is true.

I certainly wouldn't object if the Death penalty was brought back in for certain crimes....like this, if there was 110% proof of guilt.
