    kitchen scales- recommendation please

Hey people, I want very accurate digital kitchen scales. Any recommendations?

Or should I just find a local dealer?

Wait ... measurements are meant to be accurate? Hmmm. This might go some way towards explaining my baking issues.

We just use pretty, but inaccurate analogue scales.

Food is what I'm going to weigh.
I can find a bunch out there, but I don't know what's good or not.

Hold on, I'll check out the one I have..........Salter, I like it because I can put the measuring jug or mixing bowl on the unit and reset the weight to zero before adding anything.

    How lucky is that!

Go for the first...especially if it has a reset button. Also easier to store something flat unless it is staying on the counter top.
