    Ab Circle Pro

    Does anyone have any comments on the Ab Circle Pro.

    A young girl I know has one and said she worked out on it for an hour a day and has lost 5 kgs in two weeks still with her normal diet.

    I only have a few kgs I want/need to lose and thought I might get one. I hear Big W have them...

    I was in Big W today and they did have them in the one I went to don't know how good they are though.
    TO KNOW SOMEONE HERE OR THERE WITH WHOM YOU FEEL THERE IS AN UNDERSTANDING IN SPITE OF DISTANCES OR THOUGHTS UNEXPRESSED----THAT CAN MAKE OF THIS EARTH A GARDEN.

    I think they are like any exercise equipment to be honest. None of them are miracle machines, you do actually have to put the effort in and use them. If I did an hour a day of any sort of exercise, be it a cross trainer, treadmill, exercise bike, etc I would lose 5 kg in two weeks lol. I've been there done that, bought the new machines that are meant to do wonders and they just sit there in the corner and I don't lose any weight at all !

    Yep....your all right, you do have to use them to get the benefits and I must confess I thought it would be good because I can do it in the comfort of my living room and in front of the TV....Now thats lazy thoughts..I might look on ebay and see if I can pick one up on the cheap just incase

    You'll only lose weight if you use it, doesn't matter what kind of machine it is. Going for a walk will help you lose weight, so long as you do it. And there's no charge for pounding the pavement.
