I could pound the pavement Stormy but by the time i get home from work and get organised its dark and I prefer to walk with someone...At least I can do this on my own in the comfort of my living room. I want to lose 3 kgs off my waist and 2 kgs off my legs and I think the ab circle appears to work on the waist. How great it would be to dictate where the weight comes off...then add it onto the boobs...lol

Hey MOC I think your only meant to do something like 4mins a day on this contraption so doing 10 is amazing... well done ..I hope I have more in me to get more than 4 mins done.

mmmm....that doesn't sound good MOC.. Maybe Ill do a before and after shot and send to you.
The only negatives I've heard is that you need more padding for your knees. thats an easy fix.

Are you getting a nice cool breeze at your place...its beautiful here.

I think the reason youre friend is seeing results like that is because she is using it for an hour a day as you say! The machine ads often say you can use it for three minutes a day and you will see those results which just isnt the case! You dont need that machine, but if you make the comittment to do an hour of exercise a day and you are eating right you will see results!

Set realistic targets, two weeks to lose 5kgs especially if thats all you have to lose can be too quick a loss and you will end up without a good habit and are likely to put it back on. A good aim is always 500g-1kg per week.
