    How long will Truffles last?

    I am going to make some standard biscuit, cocoa, coconut and condensed milk truffles, I might dip some of the into choclate aswell.

    How long will they keep and where should I store them? I want to use for gifts that I will give out this week and I also want a plate of them for my early Christmas Lunch next Sunday

    Store bought truffles recommend that you consume btwn 7 - 14 days.

    i used to make them all the time and freeze them , never had a problem.

    Well, it was a struggle to get through making and packing them without tasting! At one stage I was even eating the condensed milk with a spoon out of the tin! Oh dear....I need to make some more at the end of the week, there is no where near enough!
