My Hand

My hand aches like that while I'm writing huge chart entries. I always have to flex my hand a couple of times before I keep writing or I get a bad cramp not long afterwards.

And no I haven't seen a doctor about it either and no I'm not going to bother unless it becomes more of a problem.

Mine is worse when I push a pram (I know, weird, right), mow the lawn or do things that require me to use my hand in that position.

It has been good today, apart from when I tried to open a new jar of cream cheese..

Nah, It's still a bit painful when I go to lift anything. I will definately see about it in the new year. I am too busy at the moment.

if you are thinking its athritis, you could definitely start supplmenting with glucosamine and immune supplements for joint health might be worth a shot!
