I walked to the letterbox and back again today and I walked from the car to the cafe when I had lunch today..does that count?

I had to go down to the letter box and back up here to the top..Thats about 500gm loss I think.lol I was panting after I did it. It knocked poor K up when he did it, eh Moccy?

I thought I did no exercise, but we had something through work where we logged what we did. Including any times we walk places or even playing around in the pool or backyard. When you write it out, it really can be a surprise. Turned out to be about 3 hours a day between walking the dog, playing with dd in the pool, kicking a ball around the backyard with dd and the dog, and running around with the kids at work. I was thinking along the lines of lap swimming, organised sports, gym sessions and the likes.
Vegetarian, nature loving, instinctive parenting working mother. It works for my family

I walked very briskly for 75 minutes today. It included a couple of really steep hills as well

I have just started using resistance bands and I must say I really like them. The exercises are easy and fun but I can feel it working.
