Milestone celebrations, what to do?
Normally I celebrate milestones by partaking in food or alcohol, or food and alcohol.
Obviously celebrating weight loss with food and/or alcohol isn't a brilliant idea. So I would like your suggestions on alternatives, please don't suggest make overs... I don't like egads of make-up caked on my face.
Can't wait to se what we come up with!

Can you shout yourself to a movie (minus the popcorn type accompianments
) or buy yourself something special for each milestone you reach - say a new book or CD or whatever you are into?

How about massages? i really like foot reflexology. I find just getting a half hour foot rub relaxes as me as much as an entire massage, but without all the awkwardness, and it only costs a little bit. I also like to take trips up to the blue mountains and wander around the shops and galleries. i always come away feeling great.

I would take myself off to a gold class seat at the movies

new hair style
new CD
do you like a massage? I would choose massage over everything else

Think of something you really like doing aside from eating and drinking make a list and pick something you'd enjoy doing.
TO KNOW SOMEONE HERE OR THERE WITH WHOM YOU FEEL THERE IS AN UNDERSTANDING IN SPITE OF DISTANCES OR THOUGHTS UNEXPRESSED----THAT CAN MAKE OF THIS EARTH A GARDEN.

Definitely some form of pampering is in order.I am beautiful inside and out so I should love myself unconditionally.
