Re: Milestone celebrations, what to do?
Why not pick one word that means how you feel about each milestone and have that as a tattoo?
I am beautiful inside and out so I should love myself unconditionally.

Re: Milestone celebrations, what to do?
I know you've settled on a new tattoo, but new undies is a pretty good idea too. Weight loss always seems to come off boobs first, and I hate a badly fitting bra. Anyway, well done again on your weight loss. I only wish I could dredge up the motivation. Maybe I should get married again.

Re: Milestone celebrations, what to do?
Actually, I was just thinking, I might get start a tally & for ever 10 kg I drop (I have A LOT of weight to lose) I could get a |... I could get it on my tummy wear my fat likes to be stored, except that it will probably need to be removed in an apronectomy... then I could get it AGAIN! Yeah... smooth move.
Naomi, I'm going to be getting new underwear time and again anyway, yeah... so that's like a necessity... if I get Uber-Herion-Chic skinny I might get some Victoria's Secret... I mean, they are my secret... <-- gratuitous joke

Re: Milestone celebrations, what to do?
How about a voucher to yourself of 2 hours of "Me time" and fill that 2 hours with whatever you love to do most??? Movie, walk date with a friend, haircut, home beauty treatment or any of the other fine suggestions above. By the way 19 kg lost is absolutely fantastic!! I have only lost 1.5 kilos and feel like that has been a real challenge.....well done.

I really like the idea of a line, that sounds really meaningful.
