Re: 1 Million kilo challenge weight loss
I just started Lite'n'Easy again on Friday, but I'm only doing five days a week because it's too difficult to work around the boyfriend (who I only see on weekends). Not letting myself have any chocolate at Easter unless I lose 4kg.
I'm just getting dinners and am buying the meals in a bowl (though I think I'll switch to the small meals, the bowl ones are too small I think) for lunch, so I always have a hot meal at lunch (I'm not really a sandwich person, unless it's toasted!). I'm being sensible with my snacks, but because I've cut out all refined sugar, I'm eating loads of fruit. It can't be helped though, I'm going through withdrawl and this makes it a little easier. I still feel completely exhausted though. Should feel better in a few days
I haven't done anything on the one million kg thing yet, it's annoying that it's only for ten weeks! How is everyone going with it?

Re: 1 Million kilo challenge weight loss
SC I dont think many of the other girls are sticking to it? The million kg thing was quite expensive after buying the food that they recommended?
Next week with the lite n easy I am going to get the breakfast and lunches and for dinner the small meals I found the normal size dinners a big serving for me.

Re: 1 Million kilo challenge weight loss
I had Spag bol. I don't mind that one either although I don't order it a lot. I have to send my silverside back because the box is split, first time that's happened but they were quite nice about it when I phoned them.

Re: 1 Million kilo challenge weight loss
I love the Chicken Tikka. Sooo good. I had the sausages and onion gravy tonight, it was pretty good. I was expecting cardboard after eating sausages of other brands.
