    Subsitute for fish sauce?

Looking at the recipe in the challenge thread ( Vietnamese salad ) the recipe calls for fish sauce. Is there anything I could use instead as I don't like fishy things at all?

Yeah that's what I thought. You can't go wrong with good old soy sauce.

Have tried oyster sauce... on a par with black bean sauce

Worstershire is the closest phonetic spelling of how I pronounce Worcestershire sauce. The ces bit just runs together when I say it if that makes sense.
