    Best way to cook corn

    This is amazing and I wouldn't cook corn any other way, there is no need to husk your corn at all, simply place your cob of corn in the microwave on high for 8 minutes, then remove and cut of both ends and shake and out will come a perfectly cooked silk free cob of corn. No hassle, no fuss! AMAZING!

    Wow does this work sounds great. 8 minutes sounds a long time I usually cook a cob of corn about 4 mins?

    Of course it works, and I guess u could try 4 mins, but I do 8. It's good kids love it because it comes out silk free. They take them to school

    I normally boil, but on Monday we have corn soup on the menu which is in the slow cooker. Might try it though.

    I just steam mine I don't have a problem with the silk you lose too much of the vitamins if you boil.
