We had bangers and mash, mainly because I couldn't come up with anything better. We're about to go away for the week so I know we'll be eating out a lot and I wanted a nice home cooked comfort meal before we go. Also, it's quick and easy AND we got to use the new bbq.

Oh, and we DID have veges with it

We have zucchini a lot too. The veg tonight was spinach, onion, mushrooms, pumpkin, sweet potato, zucchini, carrot. All roasted, then added to the coconut cream and left to simmer while the pasta spirals cooked. Sure beat pizza, but oh how I miss having that option. They have gluten free bases for $3 extra, but I found out the hard way that there is a high risk of cross contamination.
