Wisdom Teeth - Ouch!
I dont have all my wisdom teeth...I dont think they can fit in my mouth. Once in a while I will get a really sore gum but it always goes down after a couple of days.
This time, I am in so much pain. My jaw is aching and I have a killer headache. I can't chew anything either
I am worried that I may have an infection or something.
I know, I know. Go to the dentist you say. I am so poor at the moment and in the middle of another IVF cycle!
I am using salt water as a mouth wash at the moment...if it's no better tommorow then I will take myself to the dentist during the week

Re: Wisdom Teeth - Ouch!
I got mine removed because of problems like that. I do sympathise on that account.

Maybe after the IVF business is finished, getting the problem ones out should become a priority. Particularly if you are getting that kind of pain every few weeks like I was. Hope it settles soon for you and that it's not an infection after all.

Re: Wisdom Teeth - Ouch!
Sounds sooo painful. Bonjella (from supermarket) or clove oil (from Health food shop) might help. My sister had a super bad toothache and I had some clove oil, (I had it as a mould remover), but it aslo said on the bottle to use for toothaches. She said it was the best thing since sliced bread and stopped the ache. It smells like the dentists needle........I wonder is that what the stuff in the deadening needle is made from?????

Hope your pain ends soon.

I feel your pain!!
My wisdom teeth pain comes and goes too.. it will be awful for about week every few months. Next time I think I'll try some clove oil..
I bought Fioronel (sp?) Dental from the chemist and that worked too
