    Banana mover



    saw this in shop yesterday, was so amazed I took a photo - must be the most ridiculous and unneccesary invention ever - $6 for a banana shaped container to fit your banana in

    Adjustable for different sizes and has little ventilation slots at bottom.

    So you can keep your banana fresh for when you take one on a picnic or for snack at work

    Ummm, doesnt the banana skin keep it fresh enough now?
    And cant you put your banana in a lunch box with your sandwich?

    Just unbeleivable

    Actually, it's really hard to get bananas that fit in lunch boxes with everything else. I deliberately try to buy smallish ones that will fit but it's not a given. I wouldn't buy a separate container for it though, it's just another thing for the kids to lose.

    Ok then well thats enough for me Di, I wont be getting one, not that I was thinking of doing so anyway ,
    Naomi dont they have bags of lunch box bananas for sale over east , ??? they do here , a good size for kids etc

    We have them....Woolies at Marsfield, Naomi....or they were there a few months ago.

    LOL I don't love them enough to go that far to get them. I just try and buy the small ones anyway when I can. But I've definitely never seen them at my local woolies. I have looked.

    DD says it stops the bananas & apples from getting bruised rolling around because JJ takes so much lunch to school the fruit does'nt fit in the lunch port thing
