    Unhappy Poor Poodle

    Oh I know you probably are'nt interested girls but................... I got a sample of Poodles wee on Friday & her owner took Poodle & wee to the vets & I am now giving her medicine, morning & night for the rest of her life Vet said a lot of female's that have been desexed have wee problems (weeing themselves)
    Trouble is that the medicine must taste like absolute poison because the poor girl scrunches her whole face up & always spits the meat out that contains the meds it reminds me of a kid that was forced to eat something they dislike it looks so funny but ofcourse it is'nt & I feel bad now that she has to have it forever twice a bloody day so i have decided to always give it in raw mince instead of raw chicken because she prefers mince & today i have been making like a mince roll, not too big, just a mouthfull & I push the syringe into the middle of the roll so Poodle cannot taste it at all.
    So there is the latest on the Poodle & her health

    Pleased it's you and not me doing it..

    Actually I never have any trouble giving yukky stuff to Daisy, I put it in cooked chicken. :p

    This stuff she has to take is like water so it runs off cooked meat & wont stay in the raw chicken either so it is better with the raw mince

    Can you use a syringe? I have done that and it's fairly easy Di. Just squirt it down her throat.

    I can Cherie but honestly i just feel so cruel because she gets so distraught from the whole taste of it so just as easy to syringe it into the mince

    I remember my eldest daughters dog had the exact same complaint Di, but her vet prescribed pills for the rest of the dogs life, they also said it is common if bitches are de sexed to young, Also remember it costing a fortune for the medication was like a hormone pill,
    tell the poodle to toughen up and take her medicine like a man. (oh sorry shes already doing that)
