Re: Salmon
Thanks Ladies......he got a better offer from a friend of his so will cook it tomorrow night.
Kerrie, sounds great but I would have to go out and buy some capers.
Will marinate in the sauce Red suggested (not for too long as I think the juice would cook the fish) then pan fry.Skin side first je't?I am beautiful inside and out so I should love myself unconditionally.

Re: Salmon
Isn't it a salmon fillet?
Forgot to mention that you need to pan fry the salmon first and then flake it into teaspoons sized pieces. (Crikey, that was bad typing on ze phone yesterday.)Kekka

Re: Salmon
I don't cook fish, I can't stand the smell of it. So if the MOTH catches it, he also has to cook it.

Re: Salmon
I don't like the smell either, not just salmon but any fish. I'll eat smoked salmon or salmon in sushi/sashimi but I won't cook a fillet of it at home.

Re: Salmon
OK.....cooked the fillets as I said I would and served with mashed potatoes (only had coconut milk and honestly it wasn't too bad).
Delicate fish taste, probably considered to be overcooked if this were MKR. Sam really enjoyed his, even if they were drowned in BBQ Sauce

Speaking of, my FIL just sold an aston martin something for a stupidly insane amt of money in the UK. I'm pretty sure whoever bought it would be insuring it though ;)
