Ted I think Red was meaning that he was a Victorian and as she said *Australia* will be a poorer place not just Victoria

I was responding to Red's comment that he was well known in Victoria ( which itself was responding to posters who didnt know who he was) - just saying he was well known by AFL fans throughout Australia.

caught bits of funeral at work, there is a TV on the wall just outside my room.
very sad, - he was younger than me, an elite sportsman - no one is immune to this happening to them, even someone as fit and healthy as he was
