I have them stuffed, bbq'd, fried in garlic and butter, used in a stir-fry, added to dishes like pasta, potato bake, lasagne, stew, cottage pie, it's something we have in nearly every meal, along with spinach. An easy, yummy meal is a tin of kidney beans, 4 tomatoes (crushed), some sliced mushrooms, chopped spinach and diced onion. That tastes nice on nachos too.
