    Finally! A sensible law has emerged from.the good old USA. I would love to see it introduced here as well.

    Oh I so agree Stormy!!!!

    Our young men have taken to wearing dun coloured drainpipe trousers that are concertinaed on the legs, & the low rise of the seat makes them look as if they've filled their nappy
