Nachos tonight

Having a movie night so making nachos. How do you make yours?

Ours have refried beans spread on the bottom, then a layer of corn chips, topped with shallots, capsicum, and onion all chopped small, then covered in cheese and cooked in the oven. Once cooked we add salsa and sour cream.

I like to have mince on nachos, I usually make it the way I would for tacos, put the corn chips on the bottom, then mince, then cheese and heat to melt cheese. Then add sour cream and guac/salsa.

Layer of corn chips then some salsa, jalepenos & cheese and do that for three layers cook in hot oven for 15mins and then add sour cream......

I have the cornchips on the bottom and throw on whatever toppings take my fancy put grated cheese on top and heat up,then have with sour cream.

i just had it while i was out this afternoon...

anyway i used to make it at home but not anymore

i would use the jar or can of mix over the corn chips then cheese and bake...

i do love sour cream but it doesnt like me so normally only have a little bit on the side but i love guacamole but i have that on the side also
i dont like to many flavours mixed and melting

Yeah sour cream doesn't like us either so we only have a tiny bit too. Had no avocado, but that goes well sliced over the top once cooked.

I was told to try a thick natural yoghurt instead of sour cream taste a little the same but doesn't upset your tummy as much,I tried it not bad.
