There used to be a little segment on TV here every night at 7:30, before the adult programs came on - Had this dress up character 'Fat Cat' saying Good night girls and boys, this is the end of G rated programs - or something like that - and character got into bed, blew kisses and turned off light,

That was our kid's cue to get ready for bed too.
We taped it onto video and if they were really tired and needed an early night we played it early
