A private message is an internet message sent within All for Women. If you have the option selected, you will receive an email notifying you that you have a new Private Message waiting for you on All for Women, with an exert of the message.

The email is just a notification, you cannot reply to the PM via email, only via the Private message system within All for Women. Replying to these messages sends all emails to me.
