I would make a few of the 8inch square books, that i can send to my MIL & SIL for christmas, they dont get to see the kids oftne & they would love an album of their pics. I would also get one for my parents as they adore the kids no end!!
I think that making a calaendar for friends and famil would be the nicest way to share my favourite pics.
I’d have to go a recipe book – something pretty to save me from the piles of chocolate and butter-smeared paper that are strewn around my room. And it’d have the added bonus of getting rid of that squished-dead-bugs-in-my-recipe-”folder” problem I’ve been having lately…
I’d make a big A4 landscape for my Father inlaw of the ‘boys’ on the farm.I gave him a DVD/CD but he 82 and isn’t computer literate to get them printed off.I have to make a date with him – to go do it for him.
My Gran(in-law)’s 80th is coming up, I’d make a photobook of all the photos we’ve scanned in from over the last 80 years to play on the projector during her party. 80 years worth of weddings, births, celebrations and memories :)
I would love to make a photobook recording our steep learning curve over the first two years as parents!
Christie
Fabulous competition thank you.
I would make a memory book for my daughters of their beloved Granddad who passed away last year and their Omi who passed away before they had the chance to know her.
My daughter has lost over 50kg in the last year, and now she is trying to get the family healthy. A photo book to keep favourite recipes and a photo journal of their progress would be great.
I’m a digi scrapper so It’d be a toss up between a coffee table book of some of my LOs or maybe calendars as Christmas gifts – I’ve done calendars before which were a great hit but I printed and bound them myself which nearly killed me, this would be so much better!
I recently got engaged during a 15 month backpacking holiday – I would make a photobook of all the unforgettable memories we have from our trip.
I’d make a book that shows “a week in the life of…”. It would be our family (of 5), each having their own chapter that showcases our everyday lives – so often taken for granted yet so often filled with precious moments.
My grandmother died a few weeks ago, so I’d really like to put together a book of her recipes along with photos of her for my mother.
I saw these advertised on TV the other day and thought, “Perfect- this is exactly what I need!” In my tech driven, online life; I never make it to the photo shop to get prints any more. Even ordering them online then having to pick them up seems too much of a hassle.
But when I saw these, I realized they could be the answer to all the abusive phone calls from family member who think I must be dead! Poor Nana hasn’t seen a photo of the kids in over a year ’cause she isn’t online.
So if I win, I’ll be making a special family album of the man and the babies – just for Nana on her 91st Birthday!!
I would make an A4 book to document/commemorate the first year of my son. I would give a copy to each set of grandparents plus keep a copy for my son for when he is older.
I would make a book compiling my and my brothers and sisters childhood.Happy memories, of holidays spent at the beach. The music we grew up with and loved. Our interests and achievements. Mums recipes, and dads. All the important events that shaped who we are, so that our half sister who we’ve only had the pleasure of meeting in the last few years. May get to know us as the children she might have grown up with if circumstances had been different.
I will make photo books of my husband, 2 little ones and I for grandparents, family and close friends – 2009: Our Life in Pictures. I am a bandit for not printing off photos so any encouragement to do this is greatly appreciated!
I would make a book of my families history. A book that would be able to show the growth of our family!
I would make a 12′ book of my recent trip to Africa. Every one keeps asking for phots but there are just too many to sned via email so a photos book for Christmas might be just what Santa ordered.
I’d make a book for my daughter about her life so far, she loves nothing more than looking back on her baby pictures and this would be great to have in her book shelf
I would put together a book for my fiance for a present for our wedding next year!
The perfect gift for our fabulous fantastic friends who are getting married in 12 weeks.
I would make a family history album full of names and dates so my children have a book of their family to show to their own children and pass down as a family heirloom.
I would love to document the 1st year of our twins life, their 4 year old brother had so many more photos taken of him (as always with the 1st child) and it would be lovely for us as parents, them when they’re older and my doting parents (for whom these are their 1st grandchildren) and if there’s money left over the IL’s (as these are their 6-8th grandchildren)
I would create coffee table book for my mum and dad, as they live 8 hours away and never see the milestones of their grandkids.
I would put together a history of my sisters life for her son. She died three years ago, and something like this he would cherish.
I got married 3 months ago, and unfortunately most of my husband and my relatives could not attend at they live interstate (Queensland and Perth, while the wedding was in Melbourne). I know that our grandparents in particular were quite upset that their health meant that they were unable to make it, so I would make 2 books filled with photos and stories from our big day, so they could feel included, and share in our happiness.
I would make a book about my childhood to give to my grandchildren so that they can enjoy reading about my growing up in the “olden days”.
I’m planning my own beautiful wedding on a shoestring budget and I’d love to have our wedding photos (taken by a friend) printed into a keepsake coffee table book.
A fun collage of my recent travel photos. My friends wedding in Naples, my week in Scotland, week in France and 10 days in Croatia. All need to be preserved in a lovely photobook to show friends & family
I would love to make a photo book for my nine year old daughter who lives in the USA. We don’t get to see her very often because of distance, and she has a new 5 month old baby brother that she has never met. This would be a wonderful way to help keep her connected to us.
i would love to make a keepsake book of my two beautiful kids something to really look back at and cherish all the different stages in their lives and little comments with the photos for things i would really not like to forget about!
A coffee table book that anyone could pick up, relate to, and smile with – pictures of the kids with icecream all over their faces, dad mowing the lawn with next door’s dog chasing his ankles, galahs hanging off the washing line and soiling the clean clothes,…..anyone would love to flick through it.
I would make a album of myself and my husband celebrating our first year in living in Australia. I miss my family terribly and I know they would love to see us and what we have been up to.
I know my mum looks at my wedding album and a new album would be fantastic.
I would like to make a travel book for a girlfriend of mine that I travelled through Europe with. She is in Germany and is having a hard time settling in (not speaking the language and having originally moved from NZ). I am sure the book would cheer her up :)
I would make a photo book for my Partner and myself. We have been renovating our 100 year old cottage and taken numerous photos along the way. This book would be titled “Our labour of Love”.
I would make a book of all the places our children have lived and places they use to go eg kids are now 12 & 13 took them back to the town where they were born and took them to the first park they ever played at the equipment was huge….now equipment looks very small and we have the photos to prove it.Between photos and a written story they will have their life on paper to show their kids and grandkids
I would make a photo book of “a day in the life of the rogers family” for example, My partner and me in bed… then my daughter waking up in her cot… my partner on the the toilet hahaha… then us all having brekky, and My daughter with it all over face!! I would make it so each picture on each page, gives an incite of how we lived our lived in the year 2009!!
my mum is currently doing the family tree with alot of the old photos and i would love to be able to put these in a book for her
I would like to make one of myself to give to my husband, he works away for two weeks at a time, he would love it.
I would love to get all of our old family photos in a photo book, a published family tree, to give my daughter when she is older.
Hi, my coworker showed me his grandson’s baby album and calendar created online and I thought it was such a neat idea until I saw how pricey they were. If you have promotion code or coupons, that’s the way to do it because you could save lots of money.
My mind boggles at the possibilties! My mum’s dad died when she was 8, then her mum when she was 11, so I would love to make her a book featuring the few family photographs and documents we have of her family. I know she struggles with having lost them so young, this would mean a huge deal to her.

My parents are about to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary – what a lovely reminder of 50 happy years this would be
Since I have just gotten back from the US, I would make a photobook containing the best photos from our holiday. Considering I took over 1,500 photos narrowing them down would be quite a task. :)
