Teddy Tour
Teddy Tour is a new project, the first of many for Megan and I.
Teddy Tour is a display of teddies each confidentially representing a real person (man, woman or child) affected by sexual assault or abuse from all over the world. It is time to give victims of child sexual abuse or assault a voice.
If you are a survivor of child sexual abuse then we want to put your story on a teddy and have that teddy confidentially represent you. The story will not contain any identifying information of either yourself or your perpetrator (make up fictitious names) and we will never disclose who we think the tag really came from.
By sharing your anonymous story of abuse you will assist in raising global consciousness for abuse and use your survivor power to affect change.

Sueblimely let me know about this project so I’ve already visited. It’s was painful to read in some ways, but congratulations to you and Megan for putting it together and giving survivors a voice.
Go those Teddies!
So far we’ve had Teddies from Canada, USA and Australia. I’, looking forward to giving survivors in other parts of the world a voice to.
The message from a Teddy yesterday was: You are not your past.
A very poignant and well processed message indeed.
If you were sexually abused as a child, you are not your past.
It’s a great action! Child sexual abused happens in many countries. This action should be socialized to many countries to save the children. I will share this Teddy Tour with my friends.
