Amazon also have great product reviews so if she has a couple of models in mind I'd head for there, incidentally I have bought 2 cameras from Amazon because they were lowest price, with free and fast delivery. Best plan is to work out your budget and take it from there. Be sure to look at the battery performance AND don't forget your camera will come with a small memory card (my latest only took 8 photo's) so you have to buy either a 512mb or a 1GB to snap happy!
