I have been losing without trying real hard due to stresses, but I happily support those girls have a difficult time of things. I when from 49.5k to 75kg (I'm 155cm) over a short period after marriage failed and spent to much time in a hotel, before doing voluntary work for something to do and a view to paid work. I stayed at 70/75 k for quite awhile and now with a small mortgage, on a pension and my first grand child due via my youngest, who, lives with me; I just can't eat a lot these days.

It's the hard way to, so I wouldn't recommend it per say.
